Mission
To provide comprehensive support services to all people and children who are deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind, their families and their service providers. The Allumin is an independent organization that helps deaf people and their families make the best use of technology to improve hearing, communication and spoken language.

The Allumin Hearing Society is the leading provider of services, products and information that :

• Remove barriers to communication
• Advance hearing health
• Promote equity for people who are culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing
• Providing communication technologies for deaf children and adults where not routinely available
• Facilitating the wider and opitmal use of cochlear and other implants in appropriate cases
• Promoting family-friendly care and rehabilitation of deaf children, young people and adults

Vision
All deaf people have the opportunity to hear, communicate and develop spoken language using the latest technological interventions. The programs are seamless supports, services and resources to enable all children to achieve their maximum academic, social and emotional potential in their respective environments.

A society where people are respected have full access to communication and are able to participate without social, economic or emotional barriers.
